ServiceNow Designer needed with strong Telecoms industry experience. 6 Month Contract based in London (Hybrid). Start ASAP in July/August 2026.

Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote (WFH), and 2 days/week working from the office in London.

Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a ServiceNow solutions project:

  • Designing, creating, modifying + implementing ServiceNow toolset components including: ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB.
  • Implementing ServiceNow modules, configuration, administration + support of core ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow platform design, development, implementation, Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management + new releases.
  • ServiceNow Glide Objects including: GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate + GlideAjax.
  • ServiceNow enhancement requests to the customer's ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data + workflows.
  • System integration experience using Web Services + web-based technologies including: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, Agile/Scrum approaches.

ITIL Service Management certification advantageous (ITIL v3 certification)
