Comarch Support Engineer London (Remote/Hybrid) 6 Month Contract £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35) Comarch Support Engineer needed for a 6 Month Contract. Must have hands-on technical support expertise on the Comarch platform. The vast majority of the work is expected to be remote. However, there may be occasional travel to UK customer sites including in London. Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a leading Telecoms end client. Start ASAP ideally in Sept/Oct 2026: L2/L3 Support Engineer to join our project team, providing advanced Comarch technical support for a large-scale Inventory Management environment. Triaging, diagnosing + resolving complex Comarch incidents across: network inventory, service management, configuration management + data integration ensuring platform stability and service continuity for the client. Providing L2/L3 support for Comarch network inventory + service management, including troubleshooting of physical + logical resource (-eg- cables, hardware + GIS/address data). Diagnosing / resolving Comarch incidents related to service catalogue management, service orchestration + lifecycle management for both customer-facing and resource-facing services. Diagnosing / resolving Comarch data integration failures, including issues with API orchestration calls between the Common Data Model (CDM) and the platform, ensuring accurate object creation and updates. Supporting configuration management activities including: technology domain analysis, interface configurations, connectivity modelling for network elements. Collaborating with L1 support teams, escalating unresolved issues + providing detailed incident documentation, root cause analyses, and resolution notes. Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs
