Business Analyst needed with active SC Security Clearance and experience in Financial or Regulatory environments with data management principles including data mapping. This is a 6 Month Contract based in London (Hybrid), paying up to Β£500/day (Inside IR35). Start ideally in Jan/Feb 2026.

Hybrid Working – 2/3 days/week remote (WFH), and 2/3 days/week working on-site in the London office. You can also work from the Leeds office.

Key experience + tasks will include:

  • Must hold active SC Security Clearance that has been used on a project within the past 12 months.
  • Strong experience in Financial or Regulatory environments, Banking and Payments.
  • Excellent in Business Analysis requirements, analysis & management, process mapping, data management principles (including data mapping and analysis).
  • Experience in working in Product Management is strongly desirable.
  • Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle with practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to coach team on Agile principles.
  • Carry out impact assessments for proposed changes to systems and processes, identifying risks, dependencies and potential business impacts.
  • Skilled in developing and using operating models and business processes, including BPMN 2.0.
  • Expertise in analysing, communicating and documenting business and solution requirements using different BA techniques (i.e. process models, wireframes, use cases, data models).
  • Experience producing high-quality outputs from high-level concepts to detailed specifications, including functional and technical artefacts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including the ability to persuade, influence and collaborate with key stakeholders up to senior management level, and build constructive working relationships.
