Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing activities with a focus on ETL testing and data migration.
- Work within an Agile environment and collaborate across multiple squads.
- Apply estimation techniques and follow established quality processes throughout the testing phases.
- Design, review, and execute test cases to ensure complete coverage and alignment with requirements.
- Create and manage test data, estimate execution timelines, and proactively identify and discuss test issues.
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure end-to-end coverage.
- Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution, including regular show and tell sessions.
- Review and validate test artefacts for quality and compliance with the testing strategy.
- Establish and refine testing processes to support efficient defect management and accurate progress reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and align testing objectives with project and business goals.
