About the role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with active SC Security Clearance and extensive experience in Azure Cloud. This contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work primarily from home while requiring occasional visits to our office in Taunton.

What you'll do
- Collaborate on a significant government project within a leading global IT transformation initiative.
- Implement and manage Azure Cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support project objectives.
Requirements
- Active SC Security Clearance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record in DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Azure services and tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Practical notes
This position is open to candidates eligible for work in the UK. Occasional travel to the Taunton office is expected, typically three times per month.
