Requirements
- Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
- Strong identity and access management (IAM/IDM) architecture experience is essential.
- Experience leading IAM platforms such as Open Text, Net IQ, Sail Point, Okta, Cyber Ark, Forge Rock, and MS Entra.
- Ability to own end-to-end IAM/IDM architecture across development, data, and service support workstreams.
- Experience providing technical direction across identity workflows, lifecycle processes, integrations, data flows, platform behaviour, and operational supportability.
- Experience leading identity architecture design, including schemas, attributes, data models, workflow rules, provisioning logic, and integration behaviour.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across application development, data, infrastructure, service operations, and supplier teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of identity schemas, data flows, attributes, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, identity lifecycle, workflows, platform configuration, and live-service supportability.
- Advantageous experience with Azure AD, M365 identity integration, AWS, API Gateway, LDAP, Directory Services, data feeds, workflow engines, ETL, and enterprise integration.

We are offering a permanent Identity Architect role based in Corsham with a hybrid working model of three days remote and two days on site in Corsham, Wiltshire.
This is an opportunity to join a leading global IT transformation project on a large-scale Government programme, with a planned start as soon as possible in Summer 2026.
The package includes a salary of £90,000 to £115,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus, pension, holiday entitlement rising from 22 to 25 days, death in service cover, and a health care plan.
