Business Analyst needed with active SC Security Clearance and experience in Financial or Regulatory environments with data management principles including data mapping. 6 Month Contract based in London (Hybrid). Paying up to £500/day (Inside IR35). Start ideally in Jan/Feb 2026. Hybrid Working – 2/3 days/week remote (WFH), and 2/3 days/week working on-site in the London office. You can work from Leeds office. A chance to work with a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specialising in delivering large-scale Government projects.
Key experience + tasks will include:
- Must hold active SC Security Clearance that has been used on a project within the past 12 months.
- Strong experience in Financial or Regulatory environments, Banking and Payments.
- Excellent in Business Analysis requirements, analysis & management, process mapping, data management principles (including data mapping and analysis).
- Experience in working in Product Management is strongly desirable.
- Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle with practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to coach team on Agile principles.
- Carry out impact assessments for proposed changes to systems and processes, identifying risks, dependencies and potential business impacts.
- Skilled in developing and using operating models and business processes, including BPMN 2.0.
- Expertise in analysing, communicating and documenting business and solution requirements using different BA techniques (i.e. process models, wireframes, use cases, data models).
- Experience producing high-quality outputs from high-level concepts to detailed specifications, including functional and technical artefacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including the ability to persuade, influence and collaborate with key stakeholders up to senior management level, and build constructive working relationships.
