Requirements
- Proven experience with TSOM (Telecom Service & Operations Management) and ITSM modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
- Strong background in implementing ServiceNow solutions, including the design and development of ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting involving JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
- Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a 6‑month contract based in Newbury/Reading, with a hybrid working arrangement (2‑3 days per week from home and 2‑3 days in the office).
