Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Design, Governance, Business Change, and transition activities required to establish a compliant Service Model
- Work with Service High-Level Design (SHLD), RACI model, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) & Business Change
- Create process flow diagrams and processes for each of the ITSM processes (e.g. incident and change management)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and customer approval
