We are seeking a proactive, innovative and dependable Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the UK recruitment function at Synpulse. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role. In this role, you will combine headhunting, storytelling, and consulting to attract top-tier talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruiting function for the London office and work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process while championing the Synpulse employer brand.
- Train and support interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview experience, following established recruitment processes and best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, and process management.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media channels, and alternative search techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pools to create candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics, consistently utilizing and maintaining data within our ATS (HiBob).
- Provide market insights on industry and competitor talent trends.
- Primarily focus on recruitment in the UK, while actively collaborating with colleagues across the EU region to provide support where needed, fostering a strong, connected, and high-performing recruiting team aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (or equivalent experience), ideally within an agency or in-house environment, managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working in consulting, banking or insurance is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment efforts, build talent pipelines, and advise hiring managers effectively.
- Experience working in a high-growth or scaling organization, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced change.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with HiBob is a plus) and using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant recruiting experience and demonstrated success.

Office Presence & Language Requirements
- Office Presence: This role is based in London, and regular in-office presence is expected to effectively lead recruitment activities, collaborate with hiring managers, and engage with colleagues. Some flexibility for hybrid working is supported.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
