Job Description

• Produce pragmatic solutions to complex problems by applying in‑depth knowledge of your subject matter with an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely, focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance and Delegated Authority across the value chain.
• Manage accounts, projects and/or workstreams with an understanding of the interplay between business and technology processes across an organisation.
• Conduct detailed analysis to guide decision‑making that supports innovative and pragmatic solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants to increase industry‑specific knowledge and practical experience across the London market, UK insurance and reinsurance transformation, and share expertise with the internal UK team and wider.
• Contribute to thought leadership by conducting market and trend analyses to support business development and identify strategic opportunities for growth; maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

• You bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a London Market / UK Insurance / Reinsurance / Insurtech or consultancy firm with exposure to Insurance / Reinsurance clients.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MA) and/or additional qualifications being a plus.
• You have utilized proven use of project management and effective change‑management skills to plan and lead workstreams through the project lifecycle.
• You don’t hesitate to be hands‑on and bring your experience in target operating model, process design & development, project and stakeholder management, and have the drive to complete deliverables to the highest standard.
• You use your strong quantitative and qualitative skills to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions.
• Your advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills help you in effective communication with stakeholders at various levels across organisations.
• You have an understanding of key technology platforms and solutions used in the insurance sector and can identify opportunities for technological and business improvements.
