About the job:

• Drive pragmatic solutions to complex problems by applying in‑depth knowledge and expertise with an ability to communicate concisely with your team (Focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance, and Delegated Authority all along the value chain – i.e. Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Distribution, Product Design, Policy & Claims Management, etc.).
• Management of accounts, projects and/or workstreams with the ability to articulate the interplay between business and technology processes across an organisation.
• Conduct and review detailed analysis to guide the decision‑making process that support innovative and pragmatic solutions.
• Mentor consultants to increase industry specific knowledge and practical experiences across London market, UK Insurance and Reinsurance transformation – as well as encourage the sharing of expertise with the internal UK team and wider.
• Providing direction and thought leadership by managing market and trend analyses to drive business development and strategic opportunities for growth.
• Coherently convey your deep industry knowledge to proactively recommend new and innovative solutions tailored to specific clients\’ needs.
