About the job:
As a Reinsurance Technology Specialist, you will work with leading reinsurance clients across the globe, sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and data. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system experts, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge reinsurance platforms and real-world client challenges. From day one, you will be involved in impactful implementations and client support activities that help shape how reinsurance technology is used in practice.
Education and Qualifications: You have completed a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree (such as an MA, MSc, or MBA) and/or other relevant qualifications considered a plus.
KEY SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
- You are intellectually curious and enjoy learning how complex systems and processes work.
- You use your analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle new challenges with structure and creativity.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- You enjoy contributing across different phases of a project, from analysis and testing to delivery and go-live.
- You are comfortable working with data and have an interest in analysis, including hands-on use of tools such as Microsoft Excel.
*Specific previous experience: Prior experience is not required, though experience in (Re)insurance, Insurtech, or consultancy is a plus. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or with up to 3 years’ relevant experience. *Mobility requirements: Must be willing to travel to client office(s) as per client requests.
