We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects, assist in bid preparation and support project improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of project activities, timeline, and deliverables.
- Support bid preparation by gathering documentation, formatting proposals, and tracking deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action logs.
- Help monitor project progress and update financial progress reports.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners as directed.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to issue tracking and resolution.
