As a Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for the initial review of commercial documents. This is a part-time role of 20-25 hours per week, with occasional office attendance when needed.
Supporting the day-to-day management, including (but not limited to) developing and maintaining an effective filing and database system for recording commercial documents, including:
- Both with internal policy and legal frameworks
- Identifying commercial risks to the company
Experience in a contract or commercial role
Degree or equivalent in Business, Law or Commercial
