We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support several members of the SYNLAB UK&I Executive Team in a high impact, fast paced role at the heart of the organisation. Acting as a key enabler for the C Suite, you will take ownership of complex diary management across Outlook and MS Teams, coordinate executive and board calendars and meeting content, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
This role requires outstanding organisation, proactive problem solving and the confidence to handle sensitive and confidential discussions. You will work closely with the Executive Support Manager to ensure senior leaders are fully equipped for effective decision making, while upholding a professional, efficient and commercially driven Executive Support function.
In this role, you will be required to work on-site at Head Office for a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility across Monday to Friday. The post holder will support the effective running of the corporate office, working in partnership with Facilities to maintain a safe, compliant and productive working environment.
In addition, the role includes deputising for the Executive Support Manager during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of operational leadership and maintaining high standards across the Executive Support and Office Management functions.

This is managed between you and your line manager in line with your own personal and professional development ambitions.
