Key Work Details

• Timings: Monday to Friday – 11am to 8pm (5 days per week).

Within this opportunity you will be working alongside the best sales advisors and customer service specialists in the country while promoting an exciting client portfolio. You will represent iconic brands and play a very important role in ongoing business success, developing your skills in events environments. This role offers great progression potential and uncapped financial incentives.

Responsibilities

• Approach new and potential customers on behalf of clients.
• Keep up to date with relevant client product information.
• Understand customer trends and market traits.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
• Complete sales and relevant paperwork to a high standard.
• Set and achieve individual sales targets and goals.

No previous sales and customer service experience is required, but any background in customer service, sales representation, marketing, retail, call centre, hospitality, receptionist, warehouse or similar roles will be advantageous. The client provides a structured daily coaching syllabus – the “Cycle of Development” – to build your skills.
