My global customer is looking for an experienced QMS Lead to take ownership of building and rebuilding its Integrated Management System (IMS) bringing together Business, Safety, and Quality Management processes into one coherent, well-governed framework. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone who knows exactly what good looks like when it comes to quality management systems, and who is comfortable rolling their sleeves up to get there.
You’ll be responsible for rebuilding the Integrated Management System from the ground up, pulling together fragmented documentation, processes, and ways of working into a single, structured, and audit-ready system.
Key focus areas include:
- Rebuilding and structuring the Integrated Management System (IMS), spanning Business, Safety, and Quality Management processes
- Pulling together existing documentation from across the business, assessing what’s fit for purpose and what needs reworking
- Implementing document meta-tagging and version control to bring order and traceability to the system
- Identifying, standardising, and embedding best-practice processes across the organisation
- Driving a pipeline of quality and process improvement initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders across Business, Safety, and Operations to ensure the system reflects how the business actually works
