About the Role

Our client, a global leading bank, is looking for a Digital Analyst to join their Business Banking team. This role exists to help businesses thrive β€” supporting them with the insight, expertise, and financial solutions they need to grow with confidence in a fast-changing digital landscape.

The Digital Analyst plays a critical role in enabling this ambition through data-led decision making. With a strong focus on Business Banking and a high-growth agenda, this role is responsible for knitting together data from multiple platforms and sources to create a clear end-to-end view of the customer journey β€” turning complex performance data into clear, actionable insight that drives commercial impact.

Working closely with marketing, product, UX, CRO and journey teams, you will provide analytical expertise to support strategic decisions around customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. From optimising digital journeys and page designs to shaping campaign strategy, your insights will directly influence how the business attracts and serves business customers online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse digital, marketing, and customer journey performance to support business growth objectives
  • Provide actionable insight on website performance, funnels, conversion rates, and customer behaviour
  • Support optimisation of journeys, landing pages, and content through testing, analysis, and experimentation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for key stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, UX, product, and technology teams to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience through data analysis
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing programmes and translate results into clear recommendations
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data sources to develop holistic performance insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with internal standards
  • Present insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the development of measurement frameworks aligned to business objectives

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a digital, marketing, growth, or commercial analytics role, ideally within financial services, B2B, or complex regulated environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and identify meaningful trends
  • Experience working with web analytics, data visualisation, and reporting tools (e.g. Heap, ContentSquare, Google Analytics or similar)
  • Solid understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and user behaviour analysis
  • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance optimisation
  • Experience working with data from multiple sources, including CRM, campaign platforms, and digital channels
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, technology, and leadership teams
  • High attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset
  • Commercially minded, with a passion for driving measurable business growth
  • Degree-level qualification in data, analytics, economics, mathematics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
