  • Role Purpose

The Business Change Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of organisational change and transformation initiatives.

Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the role ensures business requirements are understood, processes are analysed and improved, and change is effectively embedded across the organisation.

  • Experience working within project delivery environments.
  • Knowledge
  • Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Business Change and Change Management principles.
  • Process mapping and business process improvement techniques.
