What Youâll Be Doing
- Own P&L accountability, understanding, influencing, and delivering against growth and profitability targets.
- Set and drive the strategic direction for Business Unit(s) in partnership with European leadership.
- Lead senior-level relationships with vendors and customers, acting as escalation point where required.
- Develop, own, and execute divisional and vendor business plans, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Identify market growth opportunities and build clear, executable plans to capitalise on them.
- Drive share of wallet, market share, and long-term commercial performance.
- Provide strategic input into purchasing, sales, and pricing policy.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve Business Unit objectives.
- Build strong channel and stakeholder relationships internally and externally, up to board level.
- Increase the visibility and profile of the Business Unit across the organisation and wider market.
- Contribute new ideas that influence planning and execution at both strategic and operational levels.
