What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with customers and internal teams to design technology solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Supporting the development of solutions across the Maverick portfolio and vendor ecosystem.
• Acting as a trusted technical and solution-focused resource for customers and sales teams.
• Managing solution projects from design through to successful delivery.
• Coordinating ordering, logistics and shipment activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Collaborating with vendors, customers, business managers and sales teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Building technical knowledge across a wide range of technologies and vendor solutions.
• Completing training and certifications to support your development into more advanced solution-focused positions.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in technology and a strong technical aptitude.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured and methodical approach to work.
• Experience gained in a customer-facing, sales support, business development or operational role.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges.
