What You’ll Be Doing
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment
- Proactively engaging customers, including dedicated call out days, to drive activity and pipeline
- Building strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication
- Speaking to customers on the telephone to understand their needs and business goals
- Identifying opportunities for growth and recommending tailored solutions
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting account development
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Collaborating with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and internal teams
- Managing pipelines, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining CRM records
- Supporting customers with queries, backorders, and service expectations
- Promoting TD SYNNEX’s value proposition and full portfolio of solutions
