You’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement, confidently speaking to customers on the telephone, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth across our SMB customer base.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys dealing with inbound and outbound calls, loves a challenge, and is motivated by delivering results. With dedicated call out days and a proactive sales approach, you’ll play a key role in growing your accounts and making a real impact on our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment
  • Proactively engaging customers, including dedicated call out days, to drive activity and pipeline
  • Building strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone to understand their needs and business goals
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and recommending tailored solutions
  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting account development
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Collaborating with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and internal teams
  • Managing pipelines, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining CRM records
  • Supporting customers with queries, backorders, and service expectations
  • Promoting TD SYNNEX’s value proposition and full portfolio of solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Confidence in speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive approach with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
  • Interest in technology (helpful, but not essential)
