We’re looking for an experienced relationship-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of our most prominent customers. You’ll be at the forefront of strategic engagement, building trust, uncovering opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that protect margin integrity and drive long-term value.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of large, complex accounts across the full TD SYNNEX portfolio.
- Build trusted, face-to-face relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a strategic advisor.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and align with customer goals.
- Create compelling customer value propositions that protect margin and promote long-term engagement.
- Identify and exploit incremental business opportunities through deep customer insight.
- Lead internal collaboration across sales, operations, and specialist business units.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and pursue project opportunities.
- Deliver balanced product mix and maintain expected margin returns.
- Resolve customer issues with clarity and care, escalating where needed.
- Use data and profiling to shape strategy and maximise account potential.
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting and promote digital tools like InTouch.
- Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements.
- Represent TD SYNNEX’s values in every interaction - internally and externally.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in account management or direct customer engagement.
- Outstanding relationship-building and face-to-face communication skills.
- Gravitas and business credibility with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong sales skills including negotiation and driving results.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Ability to understand and analyse financial inputs (profit, margin trends, OI).
- Experience with CRM systems (Compass preferred); SAP R3 knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in the IT industry is desirable.
