We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at the heart of our Grangemouth Manufacturing operations. In this role you will lead our plant engineering maintenance group, ensuring top-tier support that meets HSE compliance, plant availability, and development needs. This role demands strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining excellence in plant operations while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee activities in line with site, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HSE performance and compliance.
- Lead and develop maintenance technician team.
- Control maintenance costs and SAP data quality.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Deliver effective maintenance to meet manufacturing plans.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of HNC/HND qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering trade.
- Relevant experience in the maintenance of process plant and equipment.
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- SAP maintenance system expertise and knowledge of engineering HSE compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on customer needs and performance management.
- Ability to set ambitious strategic goals, prioritize tasks, and implement new ideas.
