Graduate Formulation Scientist – Product Technology & Engineering
Are you ready to shape the future of agricultural innovation? Join Syngenta\’s dynamic Product Technology & Engineering department and contribute to developing groundbreaking formulation technologies and products that help feed a growing world.
As a Formulation Scientist, You\’ll Provide Critical Support Across Our Crop Protection R&D And Production & Supply Projects, Leveraging Diverse Practical Techniques To Develop And Commercialize Innovative Products. You\’ll
- Drive formulation design for new agricultural products
- Provide scientific insights and data-driven recommendations
- Contribute to our culture of scientific excellence
Key Accountabilities
- Design and execute formulation workplans with guidance from experienced colleagues
- Deliver and validate experimental data independently
- Collaborate across functions to achieve project objectives
- Support patent filings through technical data generation
- Share technical expertise with peers
- Maintain safety standards while conducting laboratory work
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We\’re Looking For
- MSc/BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience in formulation
