Graduate Formulation Scientist – Product Technology & Engineering

Are you ready to shape the future of agricultural innovation? Join Syngenta\’s dynamic Product Technology & Engineering department and contribute to developing groundbreaking formulation technologies and products that help feed a growing world.

As a Formulation Scientist, You\’ll Provide Critical Support Across Our Crop Protection R&D And Production & Supply Projects, Leveraging Diverse Practical Techniques To Develop And Commercialize Innovative Products. You\’ll

  • Drive formulation design for new agricultural products
  • Provide scientific insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to our culture of scientific excellence

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute formulation workplans with guidance from experienced colleagues
  • Deliver and validate experimental data independently
  • Collaborate across functions to achieve project objectives
  • Support patent filings through technical data generation
  • Share technical expertise with peers
  • Maintain safety standards while conducting laboratory work
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We\’re Looking For

  • MSc/BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience in formulation
  • Strong practical laboratory skills
