Syngenta offers a 5-year degree apprenticeship through the University of Kent in Applied Chemical Science BSc (Hons). You will work on real research projects in our state‑of‑the‑art laboratory four days a week, and study towards your degree one day a week, learning the skills and techniques required in Product Technology & Engineering, product research, development and analysis. Your role will be to generate, analyse and interpret data, solve problems, and report findings to contribute to Syngenta’s mission to sustainably feed the planet.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) – grades A‑C 9/4 including science, maths and English.
- 80 UCAS points, including preferably a B or higher in A‑Level Chemistry or equivalent. Predicted grades are accepted in screening; offers are subject to receiving acceptable points/grades.
- Alternative experience and qualifications will be considered.
- Live within commuting distance of our Jealott’s Hill site near Bracknell, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
