Para apoyar esta misión, el equipo de Ventas de Syngenta Seeds está buscando un/a Representante Técnico/a Comercial para representar nuestra marca NK con base en el Centro-Oeste, Provincia de Buenos Aires (Lincoln, Pehuajó, General Villegas o zonas aledañas), Argentina.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar el plan comercial de la zona, alcanzando los objetivos de volumen y participación de mercado.
  • Asesorar a clientes y productores sobre el portafolio de híbridos (maíz, girasol) en función de zona, lote y sistema productivo.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y prospectar nuevos clientes dentro del territorio.
  • Relevar información de mercado: competencia, precios, comportamiento de híbridos y necesidades del cliente.
  • Participar en eventos técnicos, lotes de demostración y días de campo.
  • Mantener actualizado el CRM con visitas, oportunidades y seguimiento de clientes.
  • Asegurar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente mediante la gestión eficiente de reclamos y la evaluación continua de la red de distribución.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Agronómica o carrera afín.
  • 1 a 2 años en posiciones comerciales o técnico-comerciales en el sector semillas, agroquímicos, fertilizantes.
  • Experiencia en atención a distribuidores, comercios o productores agropecuarios.
  • Manejo de híbridos de maíz y/o girasol: comportamiento agronómico, adaptación zonal, densidades y fechas de siembra.
  • Comprensión del negocio semillero: calibres, tratamiento de semillas, logística comercial.
  • Conocimiento del territorio centro-oeste bonaerense (partidos de referencia: Lincoln, Pehuajó, General Villegas y zonas aledañas).
  • Dominio del paquete office: Excel, Power Bi (deseable), SAP, y Power Point.
  • Habilidades de negociación, de relacionamiento y conocimientos en ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación e influencia.
  • Autonomía, y pensamiento crítico, resolución de conflictos e independencia para la toma de decisiones con criterio.
