What We're Looking For

  • Required: A university degree (or equivalent) - any discipline welcome; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Law, Business, or a related field is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your own work
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint); eagerness to explore new digital tools and AI
  • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with people across different teams and backgrounds
  • A plus if you have: Any exposure to regulatory, compliance, or documentation work (internship, placement, or academic project counts)
  • Interest in crop protection, sustainability, or the agri-science sector
  • Curiosity about AI tools, automation, or data management
