The Role:
- To provide sales quotations on SYNETIQ bespoke system.
- To answer/respond to incoming messages on the parts portal.
- Provide good customer satisfaction in relation to all customer matters.
- Engage with other departments to ensure parts arrive to the customer within the agreed SLAs.
- To ensure that all customer invoicing is carried out in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent sales ability.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proficiency with computer systems and webchat platforms.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts would be advantageous.
