About your role as a Senior C++ Software Developer:
- You pride yourself on innovation and embracing change and new ideas.
- You will be building and maintaining releases of our core customer facing and internal applications, working closely with the Product & Testing teams to get applications to full release status.
- You will work closely with the existing complement of software developers to share your knowledge and mentor them, fostering a collaborative environment.
- A key aim of this role is to champion the adoption of best practices and support continuous skill development within the team.
- The roles & responsibilities for this position will evolve over time as you gain more experience, eventually progressing to becoming a key driver of our modernisation strategy in AWS after achieving a solid foundation with our applications.
