Les Laboratoires de Dreux et leurs 350 salariés, sont reconnus pour leur savoir-faire dans la production de formes sèches (poudres, gélules, comprimés et dragées) dans des conditionnements porteurs tels que les sachets et sticks. Recherche un.e Alternant(e) au sein du service Assurance Qualité Produit.
Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe Assurance Qualité Produit, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour participer aux activités qualité liées à la gestion des réclamations clients et à l’amélioration continue.
Vos missions principales :
- Traiter les réclamations clients : enregistrement et suivi
- Réaliser les investigations associées
- Définir et suivre les plans d’actions (CAPA)
- Participer au suivi et à l’analyse des indicateurs qualité (KPI)
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus qualité
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master qualité du médicament, ingénieur qualité ou équivalent)
- Intérêt pour l’environnement pharmaceutique ou industriel réglementé
Compétences techniques :
- Connaissance des BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication)
- Notions en investigation et gestion des CAPA
- Culture qualité
- Anglais opérationnel à l’écrit (lecture et rédaction)
- Maîtrise de Word et Excel
Qualités comportementales :
- Autonomie
- Rigueur et sens de l’observation
