Les Laboratoires de Dreux et leurs 350 salariés, sont reconnus pour leur savoir-faire dans la production de formes sèches (poudres, gélules, comprimés et dragées) dans des conditionnements porteurs tels que les sachets et sticks.
Recherche un.e Alternant(e) au sein de l'équipe Régleur. Dans le cadre de l’amélioration de nos performances industrielles, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour accompagner le service régleur sur des projets Lean et d’optimisation des changements de format.
Vos missions principales :
- Créer et/ou mettre à jour les procédures de changement de format
- Participer à un projet d’amélioration des temps de changement de format (méthodologie SMED)
- Observer les pratiques terrain et analyser les axes d’amélioration
- Proposer des actions concrètes pour optimiser la performance
- Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en place des améliorations
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 (génie industriel, production, amélioration continue ou équivalent)
- Intérêt pour le Lean Manufacturing et les environnements industriels
- Compétences techniques :
- Connaissances en Lean Manufacturing
- Notions de SMED appréciées
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, Word)
- Qualités personnelles :
- Sens de l’observation
- Écoute
- Goût du terrain (poste très opérationnel)
- Rigueur et esprit d’analyse
- Compétences que vous développerez :
- Mise en œuvre de projets Lean (SMED)
- Analyse de performance industrielle
