We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced 360 consultant who wants to build something for themselves, not just hit someone else's targets.
If you've got a proven track record in tech or sales recruitment and you're tired of red tape, micromanagement, and capped earnings, this is worth a conversation.
The role You'll run a full 360 desk across tech or sales recruitment, permanent or contract.
That means your clients, your candidates, your pipeline, your way of working.
We're not interested in babysitting a desk.
We want consultants who know how to build one and can be trusted to get on with it.
- What you'll be doing
- Business development and building your own client base
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement
- Sourcing and screening top talent in tech or sales markets
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
