Job Description
As a Delivery Associate, your role will be key to ensuring fast, efficient, and safe delivery of packages to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading the van and delivering packages with care and accuracy
- Driving safely, and stepping in and out of the vehicle multiple times a day
- Following all road safety regulations and company delivery procedures
- Operating a handheld electronic device for GPS navigation and delivery updates
- Interacting with customers in a polite, professional, and positive manner
- Ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Learning and understanding key delivery metrics and consistently working to meet performance targets
- Following Amazon’s delivery protocols and best practices to ensure quality and compliance
- Keeping the van organized and reporting any issues or incidents as needed
