SynergyX Logistics is a growing logistics business operating across the North West, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Logistics Recruiter to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process across our operations in Liverpool and Preston. We recruit at volume throughout the year, and our operational requirements can change quickly. We therefore need someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
You won’t simply be processing applications. You’ll be responsible for building candidate pipelines, speaking to candidates every day and ensuring we have the right people ready when the operation needs them.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment across our Liverpool and Preston operations
- Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Screening applications and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Booking and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining an organised and active candidate pipeline
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring successful candidates are ready to start
- Working closely with operational managers to understand current and upcoming staffing requirements
- Tracking recruitment performance and identifying where additional candidates are required
- Developing new ways to improve candidate attraction and recruitment results
What we’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience is required.
- Highly organised
- Driven and self-motivated
- Confident speaking with candidates
- Comfortable working to recruitment targets
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Proactive rather than waiting to be given tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment
- Reliable and accountable for their own workload
- Confident using recruitment platforms and managing candidate data
- Able to communicate effectively with both candidates and operational management
Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, delivery, warehousing or other high-volume environments would be advantageous.

Contract: Full-time, Self-Employed
