About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable tutor to deliver our Financial Literacy Skills Bootcamp, designed to equip participants with vital money management skills, budgeting techniques, and financial decision-making tools. This is a part-time freelance role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.



Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver engaging and interactive Financial Literacy bootcamp sessions to learners

  • Use practical examples and activities to illustrate key financial concepts

  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback

  • Support learners in developing budgeting, saving, and spending strategies

  • Promote confidence and awareness around financial decision-making

  • Collaborate with the bootcamp team to continuously improve course delivery



Who We’re Looking For



  • Experience tutoring or teaching financial literacy, personal finance, or related subjects

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, saving, debt management, and financial planning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels

  • Passion for empowering others through education

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS clearance is required

  • Delivery will be both online and face-to-face

  • Face-to-face sessions based in Warrington or Cheshire area

  • Competitive salary of £27 to £30 per hour depending on experience
