esynergy launched our NFP tech consulting practice recently and now supports a number of NFPs to realize value from digital and data initiatives. We are seeking a talented individual to build out the practice, lead strategy & execution, and turn this into a core pillar of our business and something unrivaled in the industry. You will be responsible for the growth of customers, engagement and growth of communities delivering our work, and ultimately measuring the value we deliver.
Responsibilities:
- Set and execute NFP strategy to support the business in delivering value to our customers & create something unique in this space.
- Winning new engagements, penetrating existing accounts, pre-sales, RFPs, discoveries, and stakeholder management.
- Building and engaging communities that service our customers and creating practices as SMEs.
- Measuring & delivering value, and creating accelerators which support NFPs to achieve improved efficiencies and donations.
- Become a NFP thought leader for delivering digital and data value.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering complex data and digital projects using Microsoft technologies (Azure, PowerBI, Fabric, AgenticAI).
- Building, leading, and running teams, strong stakeholder management, and a general love of collaborating with diverse groups of people.
- Pre-sales, writing, storytelling, and the ability to influence people at all levels.
- No specific domain knowledge of the NFP sector is required, but a deep desire to work in this space is essential.
- Passion for continuous improvement—staying current with key challenges in the industry and how we build repeatable patterns to address these and deliver meaningful value quickly.
