We are looking for Tech recruiters to join our team for building and maintaining the esynergy communities. This is an autonomous and varied role with a fine balance and mix of delivery work, market intel contributions, owning and managing your network of associates that sit on our delivery bench. Continuously pipelining top talent and guiding them through the full recruitment process, onboarding and maintaining those relationships when they start on a project to gather project information for the bid repository and market intel.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with the wider technical community to build and maintain mutually beneficial, rewarding and long-term relationships with the experts in our field.
- Articulate esynergy’s values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation.
- Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people.
- Collaborate with our colleagues and clients to ensure that business goals and requirements are communicated effectively to candidates.
- Advise and manage both interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure it is an effective and positive experience for all.
- Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community.

- Experience within working in the tech/recruiting industry.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking.
