You’ll work closely with our Bid Lead and wider team to manage the end‑to‑end bid process — from identifying opportunities to final submission. This is a hands‑on role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn — someone who takes pride in delivering polished work and keeping everything on track.
Responsibilities
- Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Stotles) to identify relevant opportunities
- Keep the bid tracker up to date, ensuring deadlines are clearly flagged and managed
- Coordinate bid responses by chasing inputs, managing document versions, and keeping everything aligned
- Format and proofread submissions to a high standard, ensuring they meet client requirements
- Support the bid library, maintaining case studies, CVs, boilerplate content, and certifications
- Organise and document bid kick‑offs and review sessions
- Manage submission logistics, including portal uploads and deadline tracking
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or writing‑related role (bid/proposals experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Strong written English with a confident eye for proofreading and detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with a 'get stuck in' mindset
- An interest in technology, public sector procurement, or professional services
