Role Overview:

esynergy are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering community, drive innovation, and uphold the highest technical standards. In this role, you’ll define the strategic engineering direction, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure our teams deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Responsibilities:
