As part of serving clients with dependable and up to date technical expertise in the ever changing and dynamic software world, Synergy Solutions International is now growing their team.We are now recruiting a Test Analyst to join our growing team.Test Analyst Apply for this position Requirements and Responsibilities Scoping, planning and scripting for test requirements based on technical documentationTest ExecutionExploratory, experience basedTest Support, client focused ad-hoc sessionsCompatibility testing, taking advantage of our industry-leading test labReporting of issues found using appropriate bug tracking softwareCompletion of test scripts, reporting of results and making recommendations for further test supportEscalation of major issues to Project Lead or Client ContactLiaising directly with clients via phone, email and live chat as well as potential occasional onsite visitsSkills, experience and qualifications required Will enjoy pushing technology to its limitsHave a sound knowledge of general IT and an excellent eye for detailHave the ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment while keeping focus on the quality of your workWork well within a team-oriented environment as well as independentlyAn organised, strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A clear interest in technology and desire to stay up to date in a moving fieldPrevious testing experienceMust have an IT related degreeDiscuss your project with our team today Copyright 2021, All rights reserved Synergy Solutions International Limited
