Synergy Solutions International Limited is a London based Consultancy firm providing IT expertise and services as part of Software as a Service (SaaS) working model. We aim to provide affordable and efficient software expertise to individuals, start-ups, small businesses and bigger firms. As part of serving clients with dependable and up to date technical expertise in the ever changing and dynamic software world, Synergy Solutions International is now growing their team.
We are now recruiting a Systems Analyst to add value to the business through driving technology and process efficiency improvements in line with the Business Strategy. You will be responsible for the functional areas of enterprise applications enhancements, from defining business and systems requirements right through to UAT, training and implementation, dealing with high-level stakeholders in a business-critical, fast-moving role.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Analyse current business processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement and regularly liaise with business stakeholders to support them with roadmaps.
- Act as the liaison between IT and the business for all continuous improvement initiatives and change projects.
- Propose and deliver value-adding technology solutions in line with the business strategy.
- Identify, analyse, and document business and technical requirements (e.g. process, solution design, configuration, security, documents, reports).
- Ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that super users are adequately trained.
- Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity and provide 2nd line support for day to day BAU issues.
- Adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.
- Keep abreast of emerging enterprise applications technologies and partake in updating the application roadmap.
