Position Overview: Senior DevOps Engineer to shape and scale core infrastructure powering our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation for fast, reliable software delivery.
  • Drive DevOps culture and best practices, including IaaC, shift-left testing, and self-service tooling.
  • Support and mentor engineering teams, providing documentation and guidance.
  • Manage and maintain platform environments, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance, and participate in on-call rotation when needed.

Required Experience:

  • 5–8 years building and operating AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2/EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudWatch) with secure, scalable, and highly available systems.
  • Production-grade IaC with Terraform (modules, workspaces, policy checks) for consistent multi-environment setups.
  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable, reliable deployment patterns.
  • Robust pipelines with Git and Jenkins (or GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) enabling fast releases.
  • Clean automation scripting in Bash, Python, or Java to remove toil.
  • 5+ years of Linux administration (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL) optimizing performance and reliability.

Preferred Experience:

  • AWS cost optimisation & FinOps practices.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch, Splunk).
  • Relevant AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer – Professional).
