An established and growing software company is looking to hire a Junior Developer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with time in a modern engineering office environment. The business develops specialist software products with strong data and analytics capabilities, used by customers in a regulated, technical industry. This role offers a great opportunity for a developer with a solid foundation in C# and .NET to build on their skills, work on real-world products, and continue progressing professionally within a supportive development team.
The Role
- You will work as part of an agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and ongoing improvement of core software products.
- The team is currently focused on scaling existing platforms and modernising a legacy codebase into newer versions of .NET.
- You will gain a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and the company's product suite, while supporting delivery against agreed milestones and quality standards.
- There will also be opportunities to support colleagues and customers through documentation, training, and product demonstrations as your confidence grows.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Commercial software development experience using C#, .NET, and SQL
