We are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in the Kegworth area. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

Pay Rate: £17.13 per hour when operating the VNA; £14.63 per hour when not operating the VNA and during the break as your break is paid.

You will be expected to operate the VNA during the majority of your shift.

Shift Options:

  • Nights: 22:00-6:00 Monday to Friday
  • 3 on 3 off: 6:00am to 6:00pm; 6:00pm to 6:00am

Role Overview: This role is ideal for a skilled and reliable VNA Driver who is confident working within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for a combination of VNA truck duties, forklift operations, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating VNA trucks safely within narrow aisle racking systems
  • Carrying out forklift driving and warehouse truck duties
  • Picking and putting away stock accurately
  • Loading and unloading goods efficiently and safely
  • Maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times
  • Supporting wider warehouse operations when required

Paid Induction: All successful applicants will be required to attend a paid induction before starting work. Induction Hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm. The induction covers:

  • Health and safety procedures
  • Site processes
  • Equipment training

Completion of the induction is mandatory prior to starting employment.

Requirements:

  • Valid VNA Licence or in-house training license (essential). Expired license is accepted as well
  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
