Internal Business Development Manager - Milton Keynes (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Profit Sharing
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours (Monday - Friday)

The Role
Internal Business Development Manager
You will focus on developing business within a defined customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and generating new sales opportunities. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role requiring confidence, initiative, and a strong drive for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting new, existing, and dormant customers to grow sales
- Promoting and selling a wide product range, including items customers may currently source elsewhere
- Forecasting, planning, and driving new business wins
- Developing strong product and brand awareness across your customer base
- Managing your own portfolio of customers and CRM activity
- Attending occasional external customer meetings (not a regular requirement)
About You
We are looking for a driven and confident Internal Business Development Manager with:
- Strong telephone-based sales experience (product sales experience essential)
- Experience managing your own customer portfolio and using CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- A driving licence for occasional customer meetings
