We are looking for a motivated, personable, and organised Business Development Support Executive to join a friendly, fast-paced office team in Bedford. This phone-based role focuses on appointment booking and lead management (no consultative selling), offering variety and autonomy while supporting the wider sales and marketing team.

As a Business Development Support Executive, you will make outbound calls, book appointments, manage CRM data, and assist with marketing campaigns and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and develop your career in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 4-6 hours of telemarketing calls daily and book appointments for field representatives (approx. 2 per day / 50 calls)
  • Handle telemarketing admin tasks, including sending catalogues, letters, and sample packs
  • Update and manage CRM data, providing call lists and reporting on performance
  • Conduct lead generation and research, collecting key contact details (names, numbers, emails)
  • Assist with emails, bespoke copywriting, and follow-ups
  • Provide regular reports on calls, appointments, and conversion rates
