Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for an Assisted Living Development in Thatcham, Berkshire.
Project Type: Demolition & New Build Assisted Living Flats
Client will consider Contract or Permanent position.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant assisted living development. The scheme involves the demolition of an existing building and the construction of 18 new flats with reception facilities (Class C3 residential use). The project also includes:
- Conversion of existing B&B facilities into 2 additional flats
- Alterations to an existing shop and café, including window and door alterations
- Associated infrastructure works and access roads
The Role:
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the project from inception through to completion. You will:
- Lead day-to-day project delivery on-site and off-site
- Manage and support a Site Manager, who will report directly to you
- Report into a visiting Contracts Manager
- Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
