We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable construction company with its head office based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage projects from start to finish across Hampshire and West Sussex.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites on projects typically ranging from £1m to £6m in value. Projects will include a mix of commercial schemes and small residential housing developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily site operations and labour
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved
- Upholding high standards of health & safety on site
- Liaising with clients, project managers and head office
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress
